Javier brings extensive experience from leadership positions at Meta and Google
FLUZO has announced the appointment of Javier Fernández-Peña as Chief Sales Officer of the company. With more than twenty-five years of international and executive experience, Fernández-Peña will lead the commercial activities of the advertising effectiveness measurement company globally.
Prior to joining FLUZO, Javier held various leadership roles at Meta, where he ended up as Global Client Partner, overseeing the entire Beauty vertical. Before that, he served as Agency Partner, tasked with accelerating and scaling the sales of advertising solutions in Spain and Portugal, and as Global Client Lead, responsible for a major account in the Telco sector.
Previously, Fernández-Peña held the position of Agency Lead at Google, leading a team that marketed Google’s advertising solutions to large agency groups and clients.
At FLUZO, Fernández-Peña, who holds a PDG from IESE Business School and a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF, will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy across much of Europe and Latin America, where the MarTech is already present, as well as developing and opening new markets.
His background in marketing the most innovative solutions in the advertising market across various sectors will be crucial in his new role.
