2. For what purpose and based on what lawful basis do we process your personal data?
You are informed that all personal data that FLUZO requests or may request are necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the fact of not providing them would imply the impossibility of being able to contact you or manage the request made to FLUZO.
By providing your data to FLUZO, you guarantee the accuracy of the personal data provided to FLUZO, which may periodically request to review and update the personal data it holds about you.
More specifically, the different purposes for which your personal data is processed are described below, as well as the lawful basis for the processing of your personal data.
*Please note that your privacy is important to FLUZO and, in this regard, we have made appropriate legitimate interest assessments to verify that your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not override ours before applying legitimate interest as a lawful basis for the purposes mentioned in this section. If you do not agree with any of the processing carried out under FLUZO's legitimate interest, you can object by following the steps described in the "5. What are your data protection rights?" section.
3. To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The personal data you provide to FLUZO may be communicated to third parties to whom FLUZO is obliged to transmit information, such as public authorities, in order to comply with the requirements of such authorities and the applicable regulations, if any.
Your personal information may also be accessed by trusted third parties to process it on our behalf in the course of providing services to you, following our instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Such suppliers are not authorised to use or disclose your personal information except to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.
International transfers
FLUZO may transfer your personal data to recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area that may have different data protection laws. This includes countries that the EU Commission considers not to have an adequate level of protection for personal data. If this occurs, FLUZO will ensure that there are legal grounds for the transfer in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. You will also be informed about the legal grounds, what safeguards were applied and where you can obtain a copy of these safeguards.
4. How long will we keep your data?
The retention period of your data will be determined according to the duration of your relationship with FLUZO and the periods established by law. In this sense, the criteria that FLUZO uses to set the retention periods of your data have been determined in accordance with the requirements established in the applicable legislation, regulations and normative guidelines, as well as the operational requirements of FLUZO related to the correct management of the existing relationship with the different categories of data subjects.
In this sense, your data will be kept as long as you do not revoke the consent given or maintain any commercial or contractual relationship with FLUZO.
Once this has been completed, your personal data will be deleted as soon as all the necessary actions have been carried out to manage and terminate any remaining obligations between the parties, carrying out all the necessary administrative procedures during this period, except in those cases in which you have given us your express consent to send you commercial communications, in which case your data will be kept until you indicate your opposition.
Notwithstanding the above, your data will be kept duly blocked, as long as responsibilities may arise from the execution of our contractual or pre-contractual relationship, as well as for the fulfilment of other legal obligations of FLUZO.
In this respect, FLUZO guarantees that it will not process the data unless it is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims or when it is required by the Public Administration, Judges and Courts during the period of prescription of its legal rights or obligations.
